About the Botswana Freight Forwarders Association (BFFA)

BFFA exists to promote cooperation, professionalism, and development within Botswana's freight, clearing, and forwarding sector. Formed to serve the collective interests of Freight Forwarding Agents, the Association works to foster mutual understanding and support among its members while advancing the efficiency of the industry as a whole.

Our Objectives

Coordinating the growth of the freight, clearing, and forwarding industry in Botswana, in the best interest of members and the general public.

Establishing and upholding a code of conduct for all members.

Customs Collaboration

Encouraging efficient, simplified, and standardized customs procedures in partnership with regional authorities.

Facilitating mediation to resolve disputes before government intervention is sought.
